of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, 1901; Chairman, 1900, of The
Section of Obstetrics and Diseases of Women and Vice-President
of the American Medical Association, 1901; Honorable Member of
the Medical Society of New York, and of the Louisiana Medical
Association; Honorary President of The Section on Abdominal Surgery
Pan-American Medical Congress, 1893 and Vice-President of Congress
of 1896; Fellow of the British Gynecological Society, Professor
of Gynecology and Abdominal Surgery of Birmingham Medical College."
